At Highly Artistic Surgery the best compliment you can give us, is a referral! To show our appreciation for sharing us with your friends and family, we will send you a $25 gift certificate for each person you refer!

• Your referral must book an appointment and spend $100 or more in any product or services.
• The $25 gift certificate can be used towards any service. It is not applicable to skin care products and it cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
• Make sure to tell your friend or family member, to write your full name in their paperwork. This is the ONLY way you can earn your $25 dollar gift certificate. Due to HIPPA we cannot confirm or deny that anyone has been to Highly Artistic Surgery.
• You will receive your gift certificate via mail or e-mail . The referral program is processed at the end of each month.
• To redeem your $25 gift certificate, simply book an appointment.
• You can print your gift certificate but if you lose it or misplace it, you do not need to worry we will keep a copy in your file.
